The book gathers selected short stories for the II Literary Contest of the Metamorphosis Courses. UNDERSTANDING THE NEW CONTEXT

Book organized by Mario Pool and Lucia Giraffa. This publication with 15 authors related to education and informatics (PUCRS) has the objective of making available to the school community a series of information that helps its members to understand the context of the society in which we are inserted, relating them to the use of technologies in the school environment from a pedagogical and not an administrative perspective.

THE STAMPER

Four young people participate in a protest that is dispersed with violence and confusion. They flee police pursuit and end up hiding in an abandoned old factory. In the ruins of the factory they find a boy chained by the ankle and attached to a machine of spinning wool. Arrested by circumstance, the four are in conflict to decide how to save the boy. But other mysteries exist that involve that scene of slavery. Through the dawn facts and personal revelations are bringing the young people who need to make a decision and leave that place with the boy safe.

IN THE FOG

I have never been able to understand exactly why the good coexistence between sport and literature is unusual and difficult. Impossible to avoid empathy with Raul, his goals, daydreams and anxieties. The adverse climate that the nautical sport sometimes provides offers in this novel confrontations with challenge, courage, solitude and humility to the natural and supernatural elements. Finally, embarking on the Ozzi in the waters of the south reveals an unforgettable adventure.

THE LACKY

THE GERMAN NEIGHBOR

CREATIVE EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGES

This book is born from the authors' experience related to pedagogical innovation, related to the leisure habits of students and teachers and the creation/use of educational RPGs. To understand the implications of leisure habits in teaching, it is necessary to understand the meaning of the game in the context of cyberculture and the urgency to offer pedagogical alternatives that substantiate the construction of knowledge in the paradigm shift in which we live. This breaking of patterns that occurs from the rupture of presence as an articulating element of human relations (social, educational and in the world of work) to the digital world implies a resumption of teaching to meet the contemporary demands related to learning. In this work, we synthesize the authors' experience, arising from three decades of work and teaching actions related to the use of digital technologies, in the format of reflections related to teacher education in order to provide elements to review the teaching protagonism, using as an articulating/transversal element your leisure habits. In addition to the discussion related to the construction of creative educational challenges, we proposed a guide for organizing pedagogical practices using RPG.
