I have never been able to understand exactly why the good coexistence between sport and literature is unusual and difficult. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born in the city of Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul, in 1964, Mario Augusto Pool made the academic life his profession. Graduated in Multimedia Pedagogy and Educational Informatics, he is a Doctor of Education and acts as educational manager in higher education. Married, father of three, lives in Porto Alegre for adoption and passion.
He developed game-based educational methodologies and creative educational challenges with the use of RPGs, containing field research associated with his studies in educational computing and gamification. He was the founder and Director of ULBRA TV (educational) where he produced projects in the area of journalism, and drama.
As a writer, in addition to articles published in national and international periodicals, he published two important works dealing with the behavior of youths in the face of new technologies. He was launched as fictional writer in 2016 from his training in the courses of the Metamorfose Publishing House. Published in the collections "Dialogues" (2016), "Anti Heroes" (2017) and "Tales of Backpack" (2018).
Enthusiast of short stories, novels and novels, finds, in the challenge of writing, its maximum achievement, by giving life to characters who built their imagination and were part of their journey. In "No Nevoeiro", he gives his readers his first novel, inspired by his involvement with water sports and the sailing club where he lives with his family.
